8 weeks
Devin is two months old now and changing by the minute. I swear sometimes I put him to bed looking one way and then, when I go to get him out of his cradle, he looks like a different child. While I still see a definite resemblance between the boys, Devin is certainly coming into his own in terms of both his looks and his personality.
Our little one is very laid back, sweet, and soft spoken. He has started making more "noise" but it is usually soft coos and quiet little bursts of vowel sounds. He loves to be held. In fact, I don't think "loves" quite covers it. One of the challenges I'm having is that I feel like he's not getting enough tummy time because he gets upset when there are people in the room who ARE NOT HOLDING HIM.
Today I gave him his last dose of antibiotics and I'm really hoping it did the trick. Poor little guy has a horrible diaper rash because of it. We have a follow up appointment (and his two month checkup and first shots) on Wednesday. Please keep your fingers crossed that he'll get a clean bill of health.
