Conversations with Dax

Dax: Mommy, see those stairs over there? That's where I work.
Mommy: Where?
Dax: Over there. That's Madagascar. I work there.
Mommy: Oh, I had no idea. What sort of work do you do?
Dax: I work on computers. At Madagascar.
Mommy: What sort of work do you do on your computers?
Dax: I play my Mr. Men game.
Mommy: How much do you get paid for that?
Dax: Four.
Mommy: Four dollars? That's not even minimum wage. You should ask for more.
Dax: Thirty........five. Pounds.
Mommy: Pounds? Not dollars?
Dax: No, mommy. Pounds.
Mommy: Well, that's probably a wise decision in this global economy.
Dax: I know.

Comments

Well, doesn't everyone know that in Madagascar they pay in pounds? Ya, ummm, some of us don't even know where Madagascar is but apparently we can just take Dax's stairs:)

I love this child soooooo much.
