Dax's baby brother is one week old today. So far, Dax is really enjoying being a big brother. He always wants to know where his baby brother is and how he's doing. Today he even told Devin that he loved him "so very much". Dax is a fabulous big brother. I just hope it lasts. :)
As The Big Brother, Dax has decided that he needs to eat with an ENORMOUS spoon. Yep. That's what he calls it. "I need an enormous spoon," he will tell us. Why? Because he is The Big Brother now.
Dax is a wee obessesed lately with being BIGGER. He will frequently tell me, as I am trying to get him to go to sleep, "I am growing big." Sometimes he will demonstrate by lifting his small arms higher and higher while getting louder and louder as he indicates he is getting "bigger and bigger and BIGGER AND BIGGER AND BIIIIIIG!"
This morning he got on the scale and daddy announced his weight at 33 pounds. Dax stood there for a moment and then insisted, "I'm bigger than THAT!"
